Contributions to cus.org
31. By submitting your contribution to cus.org, you:
(a) warrant that your contribution is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to cus.org for all the purposes specified above;
(b) is not defamatory; and
(c) does not infringe any law; and
(d) indemnify cus.org against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by cus.org as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
(e) waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on cus.org and the purposes specified above.
32. You may see advertising material submitted by third parties on cus.org. Individual advertisers are solely responsible for the content of advertising material that they submit to us, including ensuring that it complies with relevant legislation. cus.org accepts no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy therein.
