Dinner is available for this event You must log in to book places (link at top right). You must book a place if you wish to attend a pre-debate dinner as places are limited but debates are open to all and are strictly first come first served Booking does not guarantee a place; in the interests of fairness, places are allocated . Using the following method. Preference is given to those who have the hishest number of points. Points are awarded and removed using the following system:
- 2 points will be added each time you fail to receive a place
- 0 points will be added or removed if you apply for a place but cancel your request before places are allocated
- 1 point will be removed if you receive a place but inform the Entertainments Officer you are unable to attend more than 24 hours before the event takes place
- 2 points will be removed if you receive a place and attend the event
- 5 points will be removed if you receive a place and fail to attend the event without giving the Entertainments Officer 24 hours notice
- 10 points will be removed if you receive a place and fail to attend the event without giving the Entertainments Officer any notice
You will be notified by email in advance whether you have a place or not.
